ISUZU offers 24x7 Emergency Roadside Assistance to ISUZU owners with additional peace of mind. This service helps every Isuzu owner drive without any worries. This programme covers all ISUZU vehicles for 3 years or 1,00,000 km from the time of purchase.
This service can be availed in case of a mechanical breakdown, running out of fuel in the middle of a journey, lost keys, a flat tyre, rundown of battery, accidents etc. So instead of being stranded on the road, one can simply contact 1800 419 4002
In case the customer has lost his/her keys, arrangements will be made to deliver a spare key. Transportation cost to arrange keys has to be borne by the customer
Free towing of immobilized vehicle to the nearest service centre in case of electrical or mechanical breakdown. In case of accident towing charges are to be borne by the customer.
Cab will be arranged if required to continue the journey. Actual cost has to be borne by the customer.
Accommodation will be arranged if required. Actual cost has to be borne by the customer.
In case of an immobilised vehicle, a trained technician will try to rectify the problem.
Flat tyre replacement with the spare tyre.

Facilitate urgent messages be conveyed to anyone during emergency.
